I offer indoor and outdoor training sessions. If you prefer to train indoors we can train in your home or office. Equipment that I can bring to your home includes resistance band, TRX, battle ropes (better suited to a garden or outdoor space), skipping rope and an agility ladder. Body weight training is a very effective way of training if access to equipment is limited, all you need is some floor space!
