Are you a bit bored of drinking protein shakes? There are other ways you can use protein powder in your diet, I love making protein yoghurt and having it post workout or as a snack. Will you keep it on the straight and narrow with just yoghurt and protein powder or will you be a wild thing and get creative with your toppings? Here’s my wild concoction!
- 150g Greek Yoghurt
- 1 scoop (30g) protein powder – I used Chocolate Cookies from Bulk Powders
- Toppings of choice, e.g. half a banana, nectarine, Paleo-ish Granola
- Add the Greek Yoghurt to a bowl or tupperware and mix in the protein powder with a spoon. Mix well
- Add toppings and enjoy!
