Ok so this may not strictly have all the delicious components of a banoffee pie, but it’s still pretty good and you can have a lot more per serving of this version!
- Greek yoghurt
- Granola (I used my Paleo-ish Granola recipe)
- Coconut shavings
- In a bowl or tupperware container, add the granola for your “biscuity” base
- Add a few dollops of Greek yoghurt and top with the banana slices
- Sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the banana and sprinkle the coconut shavings to finish
- *Optional* Drizzle of honey, mmm!
