Clean “Banoffee”

Paleo Banoffee

Ok so this may not strictly have all the delicious components of a banoffee pie, but it’s still pretty good and you can have a lot more per serving of this version!


  • Greek yoghurt
  • Granola (I used my Paleo-ish Granola recipe)
  • Banana
  • Coconut shavings
  • Cinnamon


  1. In a bowl or tupperware container, add the granola for your “biscuity” base
  2. Add a few dollops of Greek yoghurt and top with the banana slices
  3. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the banana and sprinkle the coconut shavings to finish
  4. *Optional* Drizzle of honey, mmm!
  5. Enjoy!
