As I said, nutrition is something that I’m extremely passionate about and I am a firm believer in fuelling your body with the right food to get the most out of it. That said, I know that we’re not all saints 100% of the time and it’s important to allow yourself a treat occasionally and you shouldn’t beat yourself up when you do treat yourself. When possible, indulge in the healthiest version of your treat food such as dark chocolate if you’re a chocolate lover.
