Once you get in touch with me, we will organise a suitable time for your complimentary consultation. This can take place in the comfort of your own home and we will discuss your goals and objectives. There will be some routine paperwork to fill out, such as your health information and a questionnaire so that I will get a chance to know you and your lifestyle better. With this information, we can make the most of our training sessions together.
