Below are links to videos of HIIT workouts I have created. They are high intensity workouts consisting of 8 exercises where you will work at a very high intensity for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds before you move onto the next exercise. After you complete one circuit, take one minute to rest before repeating again. I recommend repeating the circuit four times for a 20 minute workout.
It’s very important that you warm up before you do the circuit and do some dynamic stretching/mobilising to prepare your body.
